Our story began when one of our founders purchased her own property in Colombia and discovered how foreign the local procedures were. It was challenging to understand market prices and find an agent to represent her and not only the sellers interests, on top of navigating the normal uncertainties of buying property.

Alyssa and Alyssa, both long-standing residents of Cartagena, and with their combined experience and insight into the local real estate market, formed Double Double.
