From initial consultation to post-closing follow-up, we believe in keeping you informed and engaged at every stage. Our service is individually crafted around every client, yet we follow a process that ensures we provide a complete service that considers all aspects of the buying procedure with care.

01 Consultation 

In this step, we prioritize understanding your unique needs and goals. Our team will engage in an open and thorough discussion with you to understand your needs, wants, preferences, budget, and time frame. At the same time, we can answer any initial questions you may have and provide valuable insights into foreign investment in Colombia.

02 Identifying Properties

Using our in-depth market knowledge, we perform a thorough search of available properties that align with your preferences and requirements.

We analyze all the options and pare down the list to present you with a curated selection of properties that resonate with your wants and needs, and also represent a sound financial investment.

03 Presenting Properties

We present you with a spreadsheet containing essential information about each prospective property we have curated based on your criteria.

We help you navigate through this information, ensuring clarity and understanding. By facilitating a thorough review of the prospective properties, we aim to empower you to make decisions that align with your objectives.

We help you shortlist the prospective properties that you would like to see in person.


04 Property Viewings

We are committed to facilitating a convenient exploration of potential homes, accommodating your individual needs and circumstances.

We will schedule the necessary property viewings across one or two days. This ensures that clients who are visiting for a limited time are able to see prospective properties in person during their trip.

If you are unable to visit in person, we will visit each property on your behalf and share the experience with you through video call or a pre-recorded walk-through video.

05 Negotiation and Closing

In this crucial phase, we act as dedicated representatives for our clients, navigating the negotiation and closing procedures.

This includes:

  • Presenting an offer to the seller and negotiating terms on your behalf

  • Liaise with both parties to formalize the final agreement, price, and terms

  • Open communication with you through every step of the process so you can rest assured that you are fully informed

  • Collecting and preparing paperwork and legal contracts in a timely manner

  • Assisting in opening necessary brokerage accounts, and guiding in navigating legal nuances associated with international financial transfers

  • Attending the final closing, either with you or on your behalf; ensuring the completion of all transactions and receiving the property keys

06 Follow up and Guidance

In this final step, we can assist you in coordinating and managing any necessary services relating to your newly acquired property. Examples may include interior design, furnishings, property improvement, and remodelling projects.

Should clients opt to rent their property, we can help you select a suitable property management company and ensure the seamless transition of the property to the management company in a turnkey fashion.
